A sticky situation?

  1. I tried cooking a giant pancake in a less than heavy pan with disastrous results. The bottom burned and the innards remained glutinous. Am now making mini pancakes in my iron pan with much better results. Enjoyed hearing about Teflon… I KNEW it wouldn’t be a good idea :) Your post was very informative. Thanks!
